Application
Trolley (tunnel) type shock freezing chamber for freezing fresh pelmeni, crepes and other semi-finished products on trays. Freezing from +20 °C to −18 °C in one hour at −40 °C operating temperature, hot-gas defrosting. Holds 6 trolleys for 800×800 mm trays (20 levels each); 100 mm high-density polyurethane insulation, stainless steel interior, remote refrigeration unit up to 15 m.
